To help them reach their highest potential and develop their careers by building solid supervisory skills, this development program provides them with tools to grow their capabilities in areas including leadership, business knowledge, relationship management, personal attributes and execution and results.
- Management Development Program - Designed to expose new employees with management potential to all aspects of Cox’s operations, this program allows new hires to work in every major functional area of the company for a short period of time before receiving a permanent assignment. While giving new employees the chance to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business and of the positions available, it also combines skills training and on-the-job experience to prepare new leaders
for their future opportunities and responsibilities.
