Q1. What is the Seasonal Saver Plan?
A1. The Seasonal Saver Plan is a service that allows you to retain your email addresses and Personal WebSpace. Your modem will be disabled for the period you are gone. The plan is available for a minimum of one month to a maximum of six months. |

Q2. What are the benefits of the Seasonal Saver Plan?
A2. The Seasonal Saver Plan provides some key benefits to you, our valued customer. In addition to the features of the plan, customers will be able to experience: |

Convenience. Signing up for the plan is simple and easy. Also, since your account remains active then you don't have to disconnect your service when leaving or reconnect it when you return. |

Savings. Your current Cox High Speed Internet bill is reduced from the regular price to $9.95! Plus, there are no reconnection fees when you return. |

In addition to great convenience and savings, the Seasonal Saver Plan provides you with five (5) additional key plan features: |

Keep your existing email address(s). |
 |

Check your email via WebMail at http://webmail.cox.net, anytime, anywhere access to email from a standard web browser except in the home you're temporarily leaving. |

Update your Personal WebSpace from any web-connected browser. |

• |
Modify account changes in Member Services through www.support.cox.net. |

Q3. Are there any restrictions?
A3. Yes. Your Cox account must be current and in good standing. The capability to request the Seasonal Saver Plan in the future is currently not an option. Therefore, your account will go to the Seasonal Saver Plan within 3 business days of your request. |

A4. No, activation and deactivation of the Seasonal Saver Plan is completely free. |

A5. Pricing for the Seasonal Saver Plan is currently set at the low monthly rate of $9.95. If you are renting a modem from Cox, then a modem rental fee will still be billed while you are on the Seasonal Saver Plan. |

A7. When you return home from your extended travel or break, then simply gives us a call and we will reset the Internet connection speed to normal. |

A8. No, Cox does not have a dial-up service offering. |

A9. Yes, if you are outside of the service area, then you can take your modem with you - it is not necessary to have the modem connected in order to maintain limited service while active on the Seasonal Saver Plan. The modem can be provisioned by another provider. |

Q10. What if I am temporarily going to another Cox system?
A10. You will need to completely disconnect service at your current location and reconnect at your secondary address. Cox retains email addresses for 30 days. The other Cox system will have to request that your email address be released so they can attach it to the new account. |

A11. Your account will go back to full Internet speed. We ask that you contact Cox when you return. |
