The Canada Unlimited Call Plan provides Cox Orange County Residential Customers a competitively priced choice to the standard International rates; offering unlimited Residential calls to Canada for a flat $4.95 monthly recurring charge (MRC). An Orange County customer must subscribe to the Orange County USA Unlimited Call Plan in order to be eligible for the Canada Unlimited Call Plan. This optional calling plan is available to new and existing customers who choose Cox Long Distance for both PIC and LPIC.
