Racial equality
We stand together with a purpose
We support the communities in which we live and work. Racism and discrimination have no home in our hearts or in our company. We will advocate and fight for those whose voices need to be heard and against ideals that violate our values.
Our employee resource groups
We are committed to creating pathways for our employees, one way in which we do that is with our Employee Resource Groups. Our ERGs are designed to conduct community outreach projects, drive business results, enhance the Cox culture and foster professional development.
