Checking Your Message Alerts on Your Security Solutions Touchscreen

Solution

The Security Solutions touchscreen sends message alerts on battery status, alarm notifications, service provider alerts, and power failures. Alerts appear on the homepage as a Message Alert icon.

Follow the steps below to view and delete your Touchscreen message alerts.

From the Touchscreen homepage, tap the Message Alert icon.

On the message alert screen, tap the MESSAGES/ALERTS/ALARMS tab to view your new alert messages.

On the left-hand side of the alert, tap the circle icon to dismiss the message alert or tap Acknowledge All to select and dismiss all message alerts.

On the DELETE ALERTS pop-up, tap OK to delete message alerts.
