Cox Business offers the following bill payment methods.
EasyPay
EasyPay is a recurring payment program that allows you to pay your Cox bill automatically monthly using a bank account, credit card, or debit card. Your bill is paid on the day of the month that makes the most sense for your business. To learn how to sign up for EasyPay, see Managing Auto Payments in MyAccount.
MyAccount
MyAccount can be accessed online or through the Cox Business MyAccount App.
- Make one-time payments from your checking account, credit card, or debit card without a fee. You can also schedule one-time payments using MyAccount online. See Making a Payment in MyAccount.

Chat With Oliver
Oliver, Cox's virtual assistant, makes it easy to pay on your account. To initiate a chat with Oliver, click the Chat Now button from the Contact Us page. Enter pay bill in the chat window and follow the prompts to pay.
Text / SMS
To pay by text message, text Live Agent to 36009 and follow the prompts as instructed.
Automated Pay by Phone
With Cox Automated Phone payment options, make a payment by phone with your bank account, credit card, debit card, or previous method of payment 24/7 without a fee. The phone number can be found at the bottom of the Contact Us page under Call Support.
Payment Centers
Cox offers a variety of walk-in locations and payment centers where you can pay your bill in person. At a Payment Center, you can pay your bill with cash, check, credit card, or debit card. To find the nearest location, visit our Find a Cox Store page.
Pay by Mail
To mail your payment, detach the coupon from your billing statement, enter the amount, and send the coupon along with your check or money order. If you do not have the payment coupon and wish to mail your payment, use the payment address listed at the bottom of the Contact Us page.
eBill
eBill lets you conveniently pay your Cox bill through your bank's website. To enroll in eBilling, register directly through a participating bank or financial institution. Once enrolled, Cox sends an electronic bill directly to your bank each month.
