Email storage is the space available for a user's emails, attachments, and other data.
- In the main screen of the Mailbox Manger, you can see how much storage is being used for each mailbox as a fraction of total storage.
- Currently, there is no way to increase the total mail storage, but the option to purchase additional storage space may be offered in the future.
- If your account starts filling up with too many emails, attachments, and other data, you will get a notification that you will soon reach their storage limit.
- If this happens, then delete mail, particularly mail with large attachments.
- Empty their trash in webmail, to recover the storage space.
