The Cox Business WiFi Mobile app is the companion to the Cox Small Business Gateway Vantiva 4332. It provides access to all of the device configuration and management needs of the Cox Business Small Business Gateway customer.
The Cox Business WiFi Mobile app is exclusively for our Cox Business Internet customers who meet the following criteria.
- Have a Cox Small Business Gateway Vantiva 4332
- Have current CB MyAccount login credentials
- Have only a single account / location
Notes: Cox Business Internet customers who don’t meet those criteria can still use the Cox Business MyAccount web experience.
The Cox Business WiFi Mobile app provides the same features and functionality that is available in the Advanced Services Portal through Cox Business MyAccount.
Using their existing CB MyAccount login credentials, they can easily access the full range of options and configurations needed to operate the Cox Business Small Business Gateway.
- Full WiFi and Firewall configuration
- Advanced feature configuration as Port Forwarding, MAC Filtering, etc.
- Backup and Restore configurations and other tools also available from this experience
