Follow these steps to make your payment in the Cox Business MyAccount app.
Sign in to the Cox Business MyAccount app using your User ID and Password.
Note: If you do not have a MyAccount profile, you may register on the MyAccount Setup page.
From the HOME screen, tap Billing.
From the Billing screen, tap Make A Payment.
From the Make a Payment screen, complete the following actions.

You do not have a payment method set up | Continue to step 5. |
Your method of payment is listed |

If your desired method of payment is not displayed, or you do not have a payment method on file, tap Payment Method.
From the Payment Type screen, tap to select either the Credit/Debit Card or Bank Account.
From the Credit/Debit Card or Bank Account screen, complete the following steps.
From the Make a Payment screen, verify the source and amount, tap AGREE & SUBMIT.
