Managing Account Authorized Users Online

Solution

You have the ability to select authorized users that have permission on your behalf to speak to Cox about your services and billing for each of your Cox Business accounts.
 

You must be a Profile Owner (PO) to process these changes in MyAccount.
 

Follow the steps below to manage authorized users for your Cox Business accounts.

From the Authorization Settings tab, click the Authorized Users drop-down arrow.

From the Authorized Users section, refer to the following table to determine the next steps based on if you are assigning or unassigning access for a user.
 

To...Then...
Assign access for a user
  1. From the Select a User... box, click the drop-down arrow.
  2. Click the user's name you are assigning access.
Unassign access for a user
  1. Locate the user's name in the list.
  2. Click Unassign.

Click Save.
