Managing National 911 Licenses in MyAccount

Solution

Use the following steps to assign licenses to direct inward dial (DID) telephone numbers so that you can manage address details.

Note: If the License Management option doesn't display, then your Voice service may require a subscription to National 911 to update dispatchable locations for your business. Contact us to learn more.

From the National 911 License Management page, in the column Enable Unique 911 Address, place a check in each box by the desired DIDs.

Note: Use the search and filter by options as needed.

Click Save.

To edit the 911 address for each DID, follow the steps in Managing E911 Addresses in MyAccount for managing my E911 address, managing another user's E911 address, or to upload or download an address list.
