Compatible Operating Systems and Software
When new and updated versions of operating systems and software become available, Cox Business conducts an evaluation to ensure compatibility with our products and services. As new versions are released, the manufacturers can discontinue either full or limited support of older versions. Cox Business references the manufacturers’ support guidelines when determining compatibility with our products and services.
Operating Systems and Internet Browsers
Most operating systems and internet browsers available on computers and other devices are compatible with Cox Business products and services. For the best possible experience, ensure that your operating system and internet browser are updated and supported by the manufacturer.
Email Clients
Most third-party email clients available on computers and other devices can be configured to send and receive Cox Business Email. To help you get the most out of your Cox Business Email, Cox Business provides the settings and server names.
