Setting Up Your MyAccount Profile on Cox Business.com

Solution

With your Cox Business service, you have access to MyAccount which allows you to manage your account, including view and pay your bill, configure phone features, reboot your equipment, and receive help 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Follow the steps below to create your MyAccount profile.

From the Cox Business Login window, click Register.

From the MyAccount Setup window, click Create your profile.

Confirm the order details by entering the email address used to place your order, then click Continue.

You will receive an email with a personalized registration link. Click on the link to continue creating your profile.

From your personal registration link, you’ll be taken to a home page where you’ll click Activate MyAccount to create a new profile.

Verify your information by entering your name and phone number details, then click Continue.

You can opt into mobile alerts and notifications. If you opt in to mobile alerts you will receive a OTP to confirm the phone number, then click Verify mobile phone. If you do not wish to use a mobile number, then you will be directed to the Create a Password screen.

Create a password, then click Continue.

Use the credentials you just created to log in to MyAccount.

Result: The registration process is now complete.

Note: Profile Owners will be given the option to add Administrators to the profile.
