Updating an Account Alias Online

Solution

From the Accounts tab, locate the account you are editing by doing one of the following.

Scroll down the Accounts list to locate the account you are editing.
Click the Search icon to locate the user by account alias, service address, or account number.

Click the arrow to access the edit option.

Click the Account Info tab.

Click Edit.

Update the Account Alias field.

Click Save.
