Updating Your Mailing Address in the Cox Business MyAccount App

Solution

One of the My Support features in the Cox Business MyAccount App provides you with the ability to update your mailing address for your account. Follow the steps below to update your address.

Sign in to the Cox Business MyAccount App using your User ID and Password.
 
Note: If you do not have a MyAccount profile, you may register on the MyAccount Setup page.

From the HOME screen, tap Billing.

From the Billing screen, in the Account Information section, tap Edit.

From the Edit Mailing Address screen, enter your new address information and then tap Done.
