Viewing Malware and Phishing Usage Activity

The MalBlock DNS Security Dashboard lets you analyze and view malware and phishing protection for websites.

Note: User Groups only display for Premium Service subscribers. To learn more about the Premium Service options, see Cox Business Essential Security.

Log in to MalBlock DNS Security, see Logging in to MalBlock DNS Security.

From the MalBlock dashboard, select Malware & Phishing Blocks.

 

From the Malware & Phishing Blocks window, view and manage the following data in real time.

• Usage statistics
• The number of blocked websites
• Malware and phishing blocked

Above the data table, on the left-hand side, click the arrow to open the drop-down menu. Select the timeframe you want to view.

Notes:

• The default group is set to All Groups.
• You can filter groups based on the new groups you create.
• If you are a Premium Service subscriber, see Setting Up MalBlock DNS Security User Groups to set up additional User Groups.

To export blocked website data, click Export raw data.



Result: The data is saved as a CSV file in your Downloads folder on your device.
