The price of the phone will be the same with buying outright or by making payments. Our device payment plans are offered with *0% APR so you can spread the total price over 24-months. 

We offer an assortment of phones at various prices. With multiple options, we are confident that there's a plan and phone to fit your budget. 

Yes, adding Cox Mobile to your existing Cox services can result in additional discounts and savings, depending on your plan.  

Yes! New devices that have been announced may be pre-ordered before they are made available for sale to the public.

Your pre-ordered device is estimated to arrive on the day it is generally made available for sale. You will receive tracking information via email once your payment is successful and your order processes.

All online pre-orders will be shipped directly to your service address. If you need assistance with setup and activation, you may contact a Cox Customer Care Representative or visit your local Cox store.

We collect and validate your payment information when you place your pre-order, but your card will not be charged until your new device is ready to ship.

Yes, you may apply for a device payment plan to pay for your pre-ordered device. It will be begin once your device is ready to ship. Payment plans are provided by Citizens Pay®. See Citizens Pay® Line of Credit Agreement for full terms and conditions.

Trade-In is now available for pre-order devices in retail stores, call centers, and online.

Yes, you may pre-order the new device for an existing Mobile line! Once you receive your new device, you can transfer your SIM to the new device to seamlessly transfer your service.

You may pre-order one (1) new device for each line on your account, up to 3 lines.

If you received notification that your payment method failed, please call us at 888-345-8272 within 7 days to change your payment method.

You will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label to submit any returns. To get this label, contact a Cox agent at a store, by phone, or go online. Do not attempt to return a Cox Mobile device until you have received an RMA.

For Pay As You Gig, data usage is billed per line in 1GB units; charges will not be pro-rated. Unused data does not roll over. Speeds reduced to a max of 1.5Mbps download/750 Kbps upload after 5GB of monthly data usage.
