Setting Up Services Takes Minutes
Cox makes it easy to sign up for new internet service or transfer your existing service:
New Customers
Go to the Cox moving page and click on Shop Now under the New Customers section.
Check availability in your new area by address.
Existing Customers
On the Cox moving page, enter the address of your new home.
Click on Check Availability to see if Cox offers services there.
Next log in to review or change your plan.
If services aren't available, call a Cox Representative at (855) 815-5764 to disconnect your service at your old address.
