We try our best to get you what you need as fast as possible so if you have a modem that is compatible with your requested speeds, we can upgrade your speeds in minutes to get you up and running in no time. What’s the final price?
The final price on your bill depends on your service address location and will reflect three groups of charges: your plan price, equipment rentals, and any local taxes and/or fees. Cox TV service details
Contour
Contour is available to residential customers with Cox Contour TV Starter or higher TV service. Digital receiver/remote and Cox approved modem required. The Contour TV Package includes the Contour guide with personal show recommendations, access to over a dozen additional HD channels, and optional Record 6 DVR service, which allows you to record 6 shows at once and watch all your recorded shows on any TV in the house. Record 6 DVR service fees are in addition to Contour service and Record 6 DVR receiver charges. Receivers to view programming in additional rooms are extra. Storage claim based on 1,000 hours of SD programming; capacity varies with mix of HD and SD recordings.
Contour App
The Contour app is available to customers with any Cox TV service. The app is compatible with iPad 2 or newer (iPad 1 is compatible with the Cox TV Connect app, also found in the App store). Personal show recommendations based on TV viewing and the Watch On TV app feature requires the Contour TV package. iPad is a trademark of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.
Contour TV

About Voice service
Telephone modem is required and will be provided for the duration of
phone service subscription. Upon disconnection of phone service, modem
must be returned within 30 days or a monthly rental fee or lost
equipment charge will apply. Modem uses household electrical power to
operate. Telephone service, including access to e911 service, will not
be available during a power outage without a backup battery or if the
modem is moved or inoperable. New modem installs do not come with a
battery. You may purchase a backup battery from Cox or, if you are a
Lifeline customer, obtain a battery from Cox without charge. Purchased
batteries are not required to be returned upon disconnection of service.
You must monitor the health of the battery and replace it as needed
(see cox.com/battery).
Unlimited
plan long distance minutes are limited to direct-dialed long distance
calls within the United States, its unincorporated territories, calls to
Mexico terminating on landlines and Canada, and require subscription to
Cox for local, toll and state to state long distance service. Unlimited
plan long distance minutes can be used only for residential,
non-commercial voice calls and usage that is not consistent with such
use may subject your account to review and/or suspension or termination
of your service.
Unlimited local calling with residential service
plans is limited to the Cox Digital Telephone Starter, Essential, and
Premier plans.
If your area offers zone-based calling, contact
your local Cox system for details on zones and rates. Phone service
rates, terms and conditions are set by Cox tariffs, price lists, service
guides and customer agreements as applicable and are subject to change.
Bundle
