Adding EasyPay While Paying Your Bill on Cox.com

Complete the following steps to sign up for EasyPay while paying your monthly bill.

From the Cox.com homepage, click Sign In My Account.

Enter your primary User ID and Password.
 

Note: If you do not remember your User ID or Password, or experience an issue signing in, see Recover Your Cox User ID or Reset Your Cox Password.

Under the Billing section, click the Make a payment button.

Complete the following steps on the Make a One-Time Payment page under the Payment amount section.

1. From the View drop-down menu, select the Statement you want to pay.
2. Click to select one of the following options.
   • Total balance due: Pay the current balance that is due.
   • Different amount: Enter the amount you want pay.
     
     

From the Payment date section, click to select one of the following options.

• Today: Click to make your payment today.
• Other date: Click to select a different payment date.
  
  
  
  Note: Selecting Other date will not allow you to enroll in EasyPay.

From the Payment method section, complete the following steps.

1. Click to select an existing payment method or Add a new payment method.
2. Click the Submit button.

Complete the following steps to process your payment.

1. Review your payment details. To make any changes to your payment details, click the back button.
2. From the Billing options section, click to enroll in EasyPay and paperless billing.
   
   Note: You do not need to enroll in EasyPay or paperless billing to process your payment.
   
   
3. Click the I have read and agree to the One Time Payment and EasyPay Terms of Service checkbox.
4. Click the Submit button.

Result: A confirmation page displays indicating the enrollment was successful. You may click Print Confirmation to print a copy of your enrollment in EasyPay.
