Complete the following steps to enable Number Lock Protection in MyAccount.
Go to My Account, enter your User ID and Password, and then click Sign In.
Note: If you do not remember your User ID or Password, or experience an issue signing in, see Recover Your Cox User ID or Reset Your Cox Password.
Click on My Profile.
On the My Profile screen, under Password, Security & Privacy click Number lock protection.
Click the Enable radio button.
You will receive the following confirmation window. Click Yes, enable.
Result: You will receive the following message.
