Use the following steps to set up an iOS email client on your Apple device to send and receive Cox Email using IMAP settings.
From the iPhone or iPad Home screen, tap Settings.
On the Settings screen, tap Mail.
Tap Accounts.
On the Accounts screen, tap Add Account.
Tap Other.
Tap Add Mail Account.
On the New Account screen, enter the following information, then tap Next.
Result: The device displays Looking up account, then displays the New Account screen.
From the IMAP tab, enter the following information.
Click Next to continue to the next step.
When the IMAP screen displays, verify that the toggle for Mail is green then click Save.
