Accessing Voice Mail Online Messaging in MyAccount

Cox Business provides Voice Mail Online Messaging for all voice mailboxes at no additional cost.

Follow the steps below to access your voice messages online.
 

Note: Confirm the phone number is assigned to you and you have the correct permissions. Refer to Managing Phone Number Assignments in MyAccount.

Go to myaccount-business.cox.com and sign in using your User ID and Password.
 

Note: If you have not created a MyAccount profile with a User ID and Password, see Setting Up Your MyAccount Profile.

From the Quick Links at the top of the page, click Voicemail.
 

Note: If the Voicemail link doesn't display, go to the MyAccount Log In As menu and select the profile associated with the phone number you are attempting to access.

Do you have more than one account?

• If no, then continue to the next step.
• If yes, then from the Select an account drop-down menu, select the account to modify.
  
  

1. Locate a message by using the Search field or Filter by drop-down, or scrolling down.
   
   Note: Unread messages are bolded.
   
   
   
   
2. Click on a message to expand the controls to perform the following actions.
   • Play or pause the message
   • Sort messages
   • Flag messages
   • Delete the message
