Use the steps below to add or remove an email alias online.
Go to myaccount-business.cox.com, enter your User ID and Password, and then click Sign In.
Note: If you have not created an online profile with a User ID and Password, refer to Setting Up Your Online Profile.
From the Services section, click the Internet icon.
Do you have more than one account?
From the Features section, click the Email Administration icon.
From the Email Administration page, in the Manage column, click Edit by the user you want to update.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page, click the Email Settings tab, and then use the following table to help you manage aliases as needed.
