Follow these steps to set up or cancel paperless billing for your Cox Business statements online.
Prior to completing these steps, you must confirm that you have a Billing Contact entered on your online profile. If you do not have a Billing Contact, see Managing Cox Business Accounts Online.
Follow these steps to set up or cancel paperless billing for your Cox Business statements online.
Go to myaccount-business.cox.com, enter your User ID and Password, and then click Sign In.
Note: If you have not created an online profile with a User ID and Password, refer to Setting Up Your Online Profile.
From the Homepage, click Billing Details .
Do you have more than one account?
From the Details Billing page, use the following table to turn on or off paperless billing.
