Cox Business Net Assurance Step-by-Step Guide

The Cox Business Net Assurance battery and LTE backup system ensures your device will continue functioning even during a service or power outage.

Important: Your Cox Business modem must be connected before starting the Net Assurance installation.

If you have an existing Cox Gateway device, disconnect and return it to a UPS location.

To start the installation process select one of the following options.
