Complete the following steps to create your email signature in Cox Business Webmail.
Go to webmail.coxbusiness.com, enter your User ID and Password, and then click Log In.
Note: If you have not created a MyAccount profile with a User ID and Password, then refer to Setting Up Your MyAccount Profile.
From the top right-hand menu, click the Settings icon.
From the pop-up window, select All Settings.
From the Settings window, under the Inbox section, click Signatures.
From the Signatures section, click + Add new signature.
Enter your signature details and click Save.
