Listening to Voice Mail in the MyAccount App

Details

To listen to voice mail using the MyAccount app, the administrator must assign the phone number and appropriate permissions to your profile. For more information, refer to the following links.

For the best experience using the MyAccount app, make sure you regularly check for and download any available app updates.

Sign in to the MyAccount app.

From the Home screen, tap on the Cox Business Voice section.

From the Cox Business Voice screen, tap Manage Cox Business Voice.

Result: The customer will be directed to Cox Business MyAccount to authenticate and access these tools.

Tap Voice mail.

Under the Messages tab, tap the voice mail message you want to listen to.

Note: New messages that have not been listened to will be in bold font.

Tap the Play button to listen to the message.
