Remote Office allows you to designate a remote phone number as your primary business number. Use the steps below to set up the Remote Office feature.
Go to myaccount-business.cox.com, enter your User ID and Password, and then click Sign In.
Note: If you have not created an online profile with a User ID and Password, refer to Setting Up Your Online Profile.
From the Services section, click the Voice icon.
Do you have more than one account?
Click the arrow to expand the User & System Management section and complete the following.
Click the User & System Management arrow to expand the section, and then click Remote Office.
Note: If the Remote Office link does not display, go to www.coxbusiness.com/contactus to speak with our Sales team about adding this feature.
From the Remote Office window, choose one of the following options.
