The Cradlepoint must be powered using an approved 54 VDC power source. Battery usage will power the endpoint but for a limited time.

Light | Meaning |
---|---|
No Light | If you are not receiving power, check the power switch and source connection, insert the charged battery, or check the power switch. |
Green | It is powered on. |
Blinking Green | The battery powers it. |
Yellow | Attention is needed. Log into NCM and use the Remote Connect menu to access the router's NCOS and manage the alert. |
Blinking Yellow | Replace the battery; the installed battery can only hold 60% or less of its original capacity. |

Signal | Meaning |
---|---|
Signal Strength | LED bars indicate the active modem's signal strength. |
No Lights | No Signal |
Four Solid Bars | Strongest signal. |
One Blinking Bar | The weakest signal, a blinking bar, indicates half a bar. |
Four Blinking Bars | The SIM door is not installed, and the modem is off. |
Embedded Modem | Indicates the connect status for the internal modem. |
No Light | The modem is not connected; it is manually disconnected. |
Solid Green | The modem has established an active WAN connection. |
Blinking Green | The modem is connecting. |
Solid Yellow | The modem is not active. |
Blinking Yellow | Data connection error. No modem connection is possible. |
Blinking Red | The modem is in the process of resetting. |
