Signing In Online

Solution

Follow the steps below to sign in to Cox Business online.

Go to myaccount-business.cox.com, enter your User ID and Password, and then click Sign In.

Note: If you have not created an online profile with a User ID and Password, refer to Setting Up Your Online Profile.

If you have forgotten your User ID or Password, complete the steps provided in the table below to reset your password or User ID.

Note: To retrieve your User ID, you must be previously enrolled in the User ID recovery feature, see Managing Cox Business Users Online.

If you forgot...	Then...
User ID	Click Forgot User ID From the Forgot my Cox User ID window, click the notification method for your verification code. Enter your notification method details and click one of the following, depending on your chosen method. Text me Call me Continue (Email) Result: A verification code is provided to you via your chosen method. Enter your verification code. Click Verify.
Password	Click Forgot Password. From the Forgot Password window, enter your Email Address, and then click Submit. Result: An email from Cox Business is sent to your email address containing a clickable link with instructions to reset your password.
