Transitioning Your Cox Business Email to Everymail

There are a few steps to follow to ensure a seamless transition for your Cox Business email to Everymail. Nothing changes with your Cox Business email address.

  • You keep your email address, including those with Cox in the domain, messages, folders, calendars, and contacts.
  • All Cox Business email content will automatically be transitioned over to Everymail.
  • You won't need to update folders, contact lists, or calendars.
  • Third-party email clients will not be impacted in the transition, POP / IMAP settings will stay the same.
