Unenrolling From Two-step Verification Online

Solution

Complete the steps below to unenroll two-step verification for your online profiles as an administrator or owner.
 

Note: Only a Profile Administrator or a Profile Owner can unenroll from two-step verification. After unenrolling, all user verification methods are deleted.

Go to myaccount-business.cox.com, enter your User ID and Password, and then click Sign In.
 

Note: If you have not created an online profile with a User ID and Password, refer to Setting Up Your Online Profile.

From the MyAccount home page, from the Main Menu click Users and Accounts.

From the Users and Accounts window, click to toggle the Two-step Verification switch to off.

From the Unenroll in Two-step Verification? pop-up window, click Unenroll.
