Updating Contacts Online

Solution

It is important to assign contacts to receive different notifications for your Cox Business account. Follow the steps below to update your contacts in Cox Business MyAccount.
 

Note: Refer to Managing Notifications Online to receive notifications through text message or email any time a phone number on your account dials 911.

From the Accounts tab, locate the account you are editing by doing one of the following.

  • Scroll down the Accounts list to locate the account you are editing.
  • Click the Search icon to locate the user by account alias, service address, or account number.

Click the arrow to access the edit option.

Click the Account Contacts tab.

From the Account Contacts section, click Edit.

Click the drop-down arrow you are updating and select from the provided user list. Complete this action for all applicable contacts being updated.

Click Save.
