Use the following steps to view your transaction history in the MyAccount app.
Sign in to the Cox Business MyAccount app using your User ID and Password.
Note: If you have not created a MyAccount profile, see Setting Up Your MyAccount Profile.
From the HOME screen, tap Billing.
From the Billing screen, scroll down and tap Transactions & Statements.
Your transaction history will appear, with the most recent payments and adjustments listed first.
Note: Tap the down arrow next to each transaction to view details like the payment date, confirmation number, how the payment was made, and description of the adjustment.
