Device protection plan
By enrolling in a Cox Mobile Protection Plan, you agree to the Terms & Conditions and the important details listed here:
- Cox Mobile Protection Plan is a combination of insurance (loss, theft, damage (excluding ADH), unrecoverable), service contract (accidental damage from handling (ADH) and out of warranty malfunctions), and tech support.
- Monthly charge per enrolled mobile number: Tier 1- $7; Tier 2 - $12; Tier 3 - $15. (Based on device)
- $29-249 insurance deductibles and $29-99 service contract service fees apply. (Based on device)
- Limit of 3 insurance claims and up to 3 ADH claims (excluding cracked screen repair claims) in a consecutive 12-month period.
- $3,500 maximum value per claim.
- Replacement devices may be new or refurbished of the same or like kind and quality model. Phone color, brand, model and features may be different.
- Coverage is optional. Cancel any time for a prorated refund of unearned charges. Contains binding arbitration (express state exemptions may apply).
- Cox Mobile Protection Plan will continue monthly until canceled.
Device Video
Trade-in
Trading in your old device is easy. Here's how it works:
- Answer a few questions about the device that you would like to trade in.
- Complete your purchase.
- You'll receive your new device along with directions and a padded envelope for shipping your trade-in device.
- Once received and inspected, an email will be sent to you with your final trade-in value.
- After the trade-in amount is accepted, your credit will be issued as an electronic payment to your bank account within 5-8 business days.
How to turn off 'Find my iPhone'
Please follow these steps to disable the 'Find my iPhone' setting:
- Go to Settings > [Your name] > Find My > Find My [Device].
- Tap to turn it on or off.
- Enter your Apple ID, then tap Turn Off.
