Activating Cox Business Security Suite

Solution

As a new Cox Business Security Suite customer, you will receive a welcome email from Cox Business that provides you with the information to get started. Follow the steps below to log in to Cox Business MyAccount to manage and administer your Security Suite services.

Go to myaccount-business.cox.com, enter your User ID and Password, and then click Sign In.
 

Note: If you have not created an online profile with a User ID and Password, refer to Setting Up Your Online Profile.

From the Services section, click the Internet icon.

From the Features section, click Security Suite.

From the Security Suite window, click Go to Trellix MVision Cloud.

From the Trellix Reset Password or Resend Activation Email window, in the Email field, enter the email address associated with your Cox Business account profile and click OK to generate a new activation email.

Result: A notification displays advising your request has been completed and to check your email for further instructions.

An email from Trellix will be sent to you. From the activation email, click Activate my account.

From the Reset your Password window, complete the following steps.

  1. In the New password field, enter a password using the password requirements provided.
  2. In the Repeat password field, re-enter your password.
  3. Click Reset Password to finish activation.

Note: Keep this new password in a safe place; you will use it to log in to the Trellix MVISION portal.

From the Trellix Sign in window, enter your email address and click Sign In.

From the Trellix Welcome window, under the product section, click Trellix ePO.

Result: The Protection Workspace dashboard displays for you to manage your account settings.
