Contour TV Wired Setup Guide

Refer to the following steps to connect your wired Contour box.

Note: Refer to Contour TV Wired Kit Contents for Easy Connect kit contents.

Installing two devices from the same cable outlet requires a splitter.

Refer to the following steps to connect your wired Contour box.

Plug in the Contour Box

Using the coax cable, connect first to the coax outlet on the wall and then to the coax connection on the back of the Cox equipment.

Connect HDMI Cord

Connect the HDMI cord to your TV and the Contour box.

Connect Power Cord

Connect the power cord to an electrical outlet and the Contour box.

Easy Connect Tip: Plug the coax cable into a centrally located cable outlet or use the same outlet where the old device was connected.

Activate the Contour Box

Turn on your TV. Then, press the source or input button using your original TV remote and select the correct HDMI connection. You’ll be prompted to follow on–screen instructions. Then hang tight for a few minutes for the activation to finish.

Set Up Your New Voice Remote

Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your new Voice remote when you see “All Set,” press OK.
