Removing Network Profile and Cox Digital Certificate From an Android Device

Use the steps below to remove the app, installed profiles, and digital certificates for Enhanced Wifi from your Android device.

From your device, tap Settings.

1. Select Apps.
2. Select All apps.

Tap JoinNow MultiOS app.

Tap Uninstall.

Navigate back to Settings.

1. Tap Wi-Fi.
2. Tap on COX.
   
   Note: COX is the connected Wi-Fi name.

Tap Forget.

Note: Tapping Forget will disconnect and delete the COX Wi-Fi connection. 

Return to Settings menu.

1. Tap Security and Privacy.
2. Tap Encryptions & Credentials.

Tap User Credentials.

Result: The list of user certificates installed on your Android device display. 

From the user certificates list, select the certificate issued for the secure SSID connection of your organization and tap Delete.

Note: The configuration files for the Network Profile are deleted.
