Signing In to the Disney+ App

Solution

Follow the steps below to sign in to the Disney+ subscription streaming app.

Note: A Disney+ subscription is required. Additional features, such as maintaining orders and subscriptions, purchase history, available credit, and much more are available on the Disney+ website.

Access the Disney+ app on your Contour box. To learn more about how to access the app, refer to Accessing the Apps on a Contour Box.

Note: Using the Contour Voice Remote, speak, "Disney plus" to quickly access the app.

When the Disney+ app opens, two options display; SIGN UP NOW or LOG IN. Using the Cox remote, use the arrow buttons to highlight the option you want, then press Select.

Follow the steps in the table based on your choice to sign in.

Note: Use if you are signing up for a new service for the first time.		Follow the instructions on the screen.
  1. In a web browser, enter disneyplus.com/start.
  2. Enter the activation code displayed on your TV screen.
  3. Choose the Disney+ plan that works best.
  4. Create a Disney+ account.

    Note: The TV screen automatically authorizes once the code is confirmed through the Disney+ website and an account is associated with it.
LOG IN

Note: Use if you have an existing account.

Follow the instructions on the screen.

  1. In a web browser, enter disneyplus.com/begin.
  2. Enter the activation code displayed on your TV screen.
  3. Follow the instructions to log in to your account with your Disney+ username and password.

    Note: The TV screen automatically authorizes once the code is confirmed through the Disney+ website and an account is associated with it.

Note: Billing is handled by Disney+ and does not display on your Cox bill.
