Locating Your Cox Device Type
Locate the device label on the side of your Easy Connect box. Refer to the following image for an example of the device label placement.
Note: If you do not remember your User ID or Password, or experience an issue signing in, see Recover Your Cox User ID or Reset Your Cox Password.
