Navigating Mailbox Manager

Overview

Mailbox Manager is the tool used to perform email management steps including the following options.

• Creating mailboxes
• Viewing mailboxes associated with the Administrator
• Deactivating and deleting mailboxes
• Viewing storage
• Managing aliases

Use the steps below to log in to Mailbox Manager.

1. Access the using one of the following options.
   1. Sign into CB MyAccount and select Email Administration.
   2. Go to https://webmail.coxbusiness.com.
2. From the Sign in screen, complete the following steps.
   1. Click Sign in.
   2. Enter the Email Address and Password.
      
      Note: Initially, the Email Address and Password will be the same as your Cox Business MyAccount User and Password. If you have forgotten your password, see the Password Reset tab.
      
      
      
      
3. In the left-hand menu, click Mailbox Manager.
   
   

Result: The Mailbox Manager page displays showing a listing of all existing mailboxes in the account with following details for each mailbox.

• Username
• Email address
• Used and Total Storage
• If the mailbox user is an admin
• If the mailbox has any aliases associated
