Basic Features
You can configure the following settings in the Administrative Portal or Contact us for assistance with managing these features.

| Manage Administrative Portal Password | To change the Administrative Portal password, see Changing the Administrative Portal Password. |
| Remote Access | With Remote Access you can enable or disable WAN remote management and manage the gateway settings from the internet. See Setting Remote Access. |
| Primary and Guest SSID Configuration | Configure the Primary SSID for the 2.4 and 5.0 radios in the gateway. This includes enabling or disabling individual radio, selecting the encryption type, and setting the network password used to join the network. See Configuring WiFi Settings. Note: The Technicolor CGA4131 allow the first three Guest networks to be used per radio. One Primary and three Guest networks are visible. |
| Static IP Configuration | You can configure the static IP on your gateway. See Assigning a Static IP. |
| Troubleshoot Wireless Connection | From the Administrative Portal you can troubleshoot wireless connection issues. See Troubleshooting Your Wireless Connection. |
| Band Steering | Band Steering allows your gateway to automatically optimize the WiFi network for the devices connected to your network. To learn more on Band Steering, see Band Steering Features and Benefits. |
