Panoramic Wifi Equipment Upgrade FAQs

With the upgraded gateway, you’ll get a better wifi experience.

This great benefit is included with your Panoramic Wifi Gateway subscription, so there are no gateway upgrade fees.

It’s not necessary, but upgrading your equipment when you are eligible every three years gives you updated equipment so you get the most from your internet package.

The Easy Connect kit is included at no additional charge and has everything you need to self-install your gateway. You can also visit our support page to view helpful support videos.

Panoramic Wifi Gateway subscribers can enjoy the following benefits included with their service at no additional cost:
