Introducing Spam Blocker
Keep unwanted calls away
Call screening made smarter with spam blocker
As our customer, you’re already opted in to a free service that helps make sure only the right kinds of callers can connect to you. Calls that have a good chance of being spam get blocked entirely. And if an incoming call looks fishy, we’ll give you a heads-up by labeling it as “Spam?” on your Caller ID.
Stop stressing over unwanted calls
We’re on top of the latest technology to keep spoofed calls and robocalls away from your phone. With STIR/SHAKEN technology and Verified Caller ID, we can better ensure that you can trust your incoming calls.
Auto-recorded messages
Generic-sounding organization names, like “The Government”
High pressure sales tactics or threats if you don’t comply
Requests to be paid in cash, gift card, wire transfer or private courier—rather than a credit card

Protecting legitimate calls
While it’s important that we protect our customers from spam, we still want to be sure the right calls don’t get blocked or mislabeled. If you think we’ve made a mistake, or even blocked calls from your number, you can help us fix it at coxspamfeedback.com.
